How to catch rid of my kittens gas (farts), alarming smelly gas?

He was dewormed last week and he is haveing terrible gas! What to do? Should I rework his food? Or is it just the worms dying that is giving him this terrible gas? They smell really really bleak!!
It's the dog trying to get the cat in trouble.
It doesn't hurt to just send for the vet and ask if this could be from the treatment. If you have been using like peas in a pod food all along, you can try changing it BUT do it very bit by bit. If you don't you'll have more serious problems than just smell.Decrease the old food by almost 1/8 then add equal amount of new. Have in that been any other dietary changes? Perhaps, treats? You don't say he have loose stool so I will assume it's just gas. I have never heard of a cat who have this problem for any prolonged period so relax, I think you'll be able to transport the clothes pins off your nose soon.
You should go to the vet to own a quick check up, and ask about any
after symptoms of deworming.
If it continues for a few more days, it's probably because of food. Switching to foods beside no grain might help (if you can't find any dry food with no crumb, try canned - they generally don't).
Answers:    If he's eating cheap, store-brand food, mystery solved. You need to switch his food to something that's good for him.
If he already eat quality food, sounds like there's another issue. I don't think this is a side effect of deworming. Usually they outdo the worms undetected if given proper treatment.
Your cat might have full anal sacs. My 4 year out-of-date cat used to get this when he was a kitten. I took him to the vet and they emptied the sac (the most disgusting smell you'll ever witness) and then put him on a cortico-steroid medication for a couple weeks. Everything cleared up and he's been fine ever since.
Wean him off milk, or dilute the milk near water.
Talk to the vet about this. If his problems started next to the worming, that's probably the cause. The last cat we adopted have the stinkiest poo in the world, and also passed gas and her stools were not as firm as they should be. We had her tested for worms - nada. Luckily her stomach settled after a year and a partly & everything became normal.

You have to watch out about switching a cat's diet, because that can cause the same problems mentioned.

Advice from the vet's best.
