I only get a current kitten and he uses the cat box every time apart from at darkness when he sleeps contained by our bed?
at night we let him sleep in our bed and surrounded by the middle of the night he doesn't get up and go to the cat box he pees contained by the bed. what can i do
Make the cat sleep within a crate with a little box until he/she gets elder...
It might be cooperative to get up a few times a night with your kitten and put him surrounded by the litter box. Much like a new puppy that has to memorize to go to the bathroom outside, cats have to bring back used to the idea of using a litter box all the time, day or dark.
Answers: Is it possible that your bed is too high for your new kitten to jump down at dark to use the litter pan? If so you may want to get a stool or other piece of furniture to place along side your bed so the jump won't be so soaring. The other option is to not take the kitten to bed with you. Good luck!

i keep my cat in the spare bedroom at night theres a big settee for him to sleep on its thaw out and he has water and his litter tray in that room
You shouldn't let him sleep on your bed. Just buy a little kitten bed for him and put it anywhere, even in your room whether you want.
but make sure it's near the litter box. If the kitten pees on its bed, at tiniest its not yours :D
