this stray came up to my house and i love it to death! the weird piece is it looks just like the cat we have very soon..its cool.
but it is not fixed, every cat that we ever had we fixed as a kitten, so i was wondering what the cost would be to nueter an adult, mannish, cat.

Also, to train a cat to use the litter box you should try getting it to come with you and showing it where on earth the litter box is and what it is for. To show them what it is for try and get it to come while your other cat is using it. If your new cat realy has never see a liter box before which is normal but it doesn't know what it's for that is especially strange. Most cats just know naturally what liter boxes are for. Cats are smart enough to know what to do with a litter box..you involve to show the cat where it is at..i would put the cat in a room with the litter box to agree to it get used to the house and for the other cat to get used to the smell of a new cat.
What color is your cat? White cats near blue eyes are usually deaf..the odds are your cat is just really not concerned to you right now.
You should get the cat checked out by a vet anyway.

Cats normally take o it pretty fast, but if you hold issues, keep him in a small room with the litter box, this mode he knows were to go, after a couple weeks he should get hold of it (though I doubt you will have issues in the first place)
Getting him fixed shouldn't be much more than getting a kitten fixed. Make certain he is tested for Felv and FIV, properly vaccinated before introducing him to your other cat. Also, if it's a masculine cat and he's been outdoors most of his life, even if you gain him fixed there is a chance he might still spray indoors. I hope it doesn't happen, but at hand is a chance.

2nd question: You will have to put it in a high-ceilinged box for the night with only a litter box...it will scent the smell and eventually travel to the bathroom in it...or if it is to big and jumps out after put the male cat into a bathroom or a small room and only have a litter box! ok?
