I found some tobradex anti biotic drops. My 2 kittys enjoy eye problems and someone said they requirements anti biotic?
This tobradex was origannaly pescribed for eye infection for my dad. He passed. I found this little bottle of tobradex in the medicine cabinet. Can I put a drop or 2 within the kittys eyes? They have that eye thing where they own a lot of mucus and their eyes are closing. I do not have any money.

Don't give your cats medication designed for humans unless it's approved by your vet. Medications which are favourable to humans can be toxic to your cats.
Different eye infections require different treatments - again, consult with your vet to make sure you're giving the right medication.
Answers: Where the heck do you think adjectives the medications come from? There are more medications approved for animals & not for humans than the other way around!

Tobradex (tobramycin) ophthalmic is perscribed by veterinaians (for cats) when appropriate to the individual situation.
The $64k request for information here is - has the medication expired *AND* do the kittens *really* need it?
Start by cleaning their eyes w/ plain SALINE SOLUTION like for contact lenses, append extra drops of saline one clean & try a PLAIN "over the counter eye ointment" to start. Try this several times for at least 1 daytime.
If there is still pus in their eyes & the medication has not expired & you *really* cannot afford to be in motion to the vet... it is better than nothing.
Someone really needs to clean your dad's drugs out the tablets cabinet, your mom would be the best to judge which need to be flushed or tossed & which can be hung on to.

Go to the vet and gain real anti-biotics for cats. They might also be expired.
Your kittens may have a form of herpes that cats get when they are born.
The vet will prescribe a special creme for them.
