your cat looks approaching a medium to long haired domestic. could be a mix between a short haired domestic and a Persian. persians usually have longer, thicker tresses and short haired? ... well they have short hair, which would create the surrounding substance lenght in hair. if you really requirement to know, your vet would be the best person to ask.

alot of breeds can be frozen to tell a difference between so maybe try looking for books on breeds at your local library.

looks like a domestic medium haired cat, severely nice looking though, has a big of a forest cat look to it but those are also very common, and are generally just called long haired domestics, so u just enjoy a common cat no breed but that doesn't make it any less of a wonderful cat
