If my manly dog and feminine cat hold sex, can they take hurt? ?
My neutered male puppy seems to similar to the new female cat, and is making every effort to mount her. Can they. erm, go and get stuck? And can this potentially cause problems or injury to either animal? I am not silly and do not expect they can breed, so please do not give a conservative - nature- won't- have- it- answer like the responses I've seen everywhere else. I already know that. please back asap!
Try to leave them in separate rooms and when they get together try to breed sure they don't get too close. Try to get them engaged with toys or play with them.

wont happen he's establishing dominance not displaying a sexual interests in her. their different species i doubt that they'll become sexually attracted to respectively other.

Answers: No, they can not get stuck. The puppy is not really trying to mate, he is asserting his dominance on the cat. Dont worry the kitty will take protection of things if the puppy trys anything funny.
