Is chocolate bleak for cats, lately approaching it is doomed to failure for dogs?

Yes, it can be highly toxic. Cat treats are available especially for them, but don't feed them regular chocolate.
Yup.

Cats' bellies are passageway more sensitive than a dogs, which is why when switching cat foods to make sure you do it over a period of time so their stomach can find use to it.

Answers:    Cats and especially kittens are even more sensitive to theobromine, the harmful substance in chocolate, than dogs are. Because cats aren't competent to taste sweetness, they're less prone to have a essence for chocolate and it really isn't even a treat to them, like it would be to dogs..

It's not cyanide, but i advice you not to give choco to your cat.. : )
Yes, it is discouraging for cats. In fact, cats are much more sensitive to toxins and other substances than dogs are.
