Just above My Male cats private its resembling a "v" i.e. swallen on his lower tummy.?

My male cat is young and it seems close to his lower nipples are full of milk, how females get but hes a male and he doesnt have any nipples right at hand.

I was wondering what it was and what i could do for it.
You really need to take him to a vet. You don't really bestow a very good description but that could be an umbilical hernia which can, like any hernia, waste him if not taken care of. He is going to start spraying everything anyway so you should gain him castrated.
Why does my cat polly do this?
It is a hernia like the other people told you. I only had my 4 month old male cat fixed and the vet found the hernia. I took him to the Animal Protective League and it one and only cost me $35 to get him fixed, and an extra $12 for the hernia repair. I also got him chipped for individual $12. I believe it is worth the money. My cat came through with flying colors, but it would have kill him if I hadn't gotten the hernia fixed!

I'm not sure if a cat can get a hernia approaching a human, but that's what it sounds like. Could also be lots of other causes so I think you should check the veterinarians.
