Looking for experiences beside the use of Suprelorin (R) contained by queens (female cats)?

Suprelorin has just been approved contained by Europe as a method for contraception in male dogs. However, I understand the method be already around 30 years ago and has been in use for 3 or 4 years surrounded by Australia and New Zealand. It has been used in reasonably some species for various purposes (induce ovulation, fight prostate cancer, temporary neutering) - but what I'm looking for are experiences from associates (breeders) who have used this for their (purebred) queen(s) with the objective of providing their bodies near some rest in periods they can't or shouldn't be bred.
Any feedback on this topic is welcome; positive and gloomy effects you might have observed, recovery in the sense of keenness to breed and litter size, etc.
Please don't reply with other alternatives as I'm aware of those and have already considered them; those aren't an option is this selective situation.
Thank you!

Answers:    I would not risk it with pedigree breeding queens. Since its not approved for cats and they have a different breeding system, it may cause more long residence problems in them.

If you decide to try it and your female have problems you'll end up spaying her anyway. Most breeders allow their queens to only enjoy a few litters before spaying.

Would a vasectomized male be a better alternative for you? He would breed them but not get them pregnant.
