You can take her out with you and you can hold her. Or you can carry her a leash and let her get used to the neighbourhood. My kittens are simply 10 weeks and they want to go outside as well
No you shouldn't let her out. Yes she is too young to be out alone. And by all ability if you do decide to let her out at some point please enjoy her spayed. If she is 5 months old it won't be long until she comes into heat and will get pregnant whether outside.
If you do consent to her out have her spayed first!! That way she will have nil to worry about other than one a cat. But you should really consider keeping her indoors..
Answers: She'll be just fine indoors. You should other keep her in for her safety. There are risks outdoors similar to cars, dogs, diseases, other cats, wild animals and cruel people. Keep her safe indoors. Just be certain to offer her lots of toys and plenty of things to scratch. A cat tree would be great, and she will love it if you put it within front of a window. Sisal scratchers are great, as are corrugated cardboard scratchers. Get some catnip and sprinkle it on her scratching posts and toys... she'll love it. All five of my cats were rescues who lived outdoors until old age, and they've adjusted to being indoors just fine. Your cat will do very well indoors... just hang in nearby and make it interesting for her. Before long she won't even care to go out. I can stand nearby with the door open and none of mine will even try to go out. They love it indoors. It's a huge myth that cats can just be happy if they go outdoors. They enjoy long been domesticated and do not need to be in the uninhibited to be happy.

i propose that you buy a cat lease and harness so she may go out side. But don't do that too often unless if you want her to be an outdoors cat instead of an indoors. Good luck.
