My cat get surrounded by a box, wats wrong beside his eye?

Hey guys my cat got out and got into a fight next to some dogs. He broke two nails, and one of his eyes is red. Kinda like wen a boxer gets hit contained by the general area or in the eye. Ive cleaned his nail, but wat about his eye, will that just have to sudside? I dont own the money to take him to the vet.
