My cat is acting unusual any belief what it might be?

My cat just staggered out of a room, then slowly put his paw up to his nose close to he was going to swipe something in slow motion, then lift up his other paw and did the same thing, then put them down and consequently sort of slid over to the ground. He laid there for a few minutes and then he got up and walk away, he still was walking slightly funny like he hurt his hindmost paw this time, and now he's laying down and his belly seem to be bloated. What could this be? Do we have to take him to a 24 hospital?
By adjectives means, take him to the 24 hour vet. Never second guess yourself when it deal with your pet's health. Unlike a child, a cat can not tell you where on earth it hurts. With those little stunts he did after entering the room, perhaps he was trying to tell you where on earth it hurts after all.

As for his stomach and the bloating, he may have eaten something that did not agree near him. Could also be a possibility that he ingested a flea, which then produces worms.

GET HIM TO THE 24 HOUR VET.
It definitely sounds uncharacteristic, but it's difficult to say what might be going on without actually witnessing the situation. Before jump in the car, go ahead and dispense them a call at the emergency vet's office. Don't wait, send for them now. Explain everything you've told us here. They may ask a few more questions, but will be able to detail you whether you should bring him in... or what to watch for if they don't believe he desires to come in just yet.
i think you should take him to a hospital yess
This sorta thing happen to my cat. Eventually, she just could not walk anymore though. We took her for a physical and they said maybe only just signs of old age (she was 18). We decided to put her to sleep and out of her distress.
Answers:    Maybe the cat had a stroke. gosh, I don't know. Sounds abnormal. I'd feel better having the vet look at him.
It sounds like he may have eat something that didn't agree with him.I would have him checked out as soon as possible.

Take him to the vet -- please. He may enjoy had a stroke.
It sounds like he maybe ate something bad or poisoned or something (that sounds so discouraging, I'm not trying to scare you!) But yes, definately take him to the vet if he is still acting strange in the morning!
