My cat is twitching and looks close to he is poisoned HELP. What do I do? ?

There isn't a vet hospital in 60 miles and I need to do something now. What do I supply him to help him.

If you have charcoal (not for BBQ!), look on the internet roughly speaking feeding charcoal for poisonings. They do this for people and animals in hospital.

do you have active charcoal at home,whether not get into the car and drive 60miles to the nearest vet!
the active charcoal is sold at most pharmacies,undemanding to make a slurry with warm marine.You would still need a stomach tube for the kitty or a 20cc syringe to force it down his throat.
Best if you get to a vet ASAP.
