Is she an outdoorsish cat? She may have fleas.
She is transferring her scent and marking her territory. She is also scratch her face so you should start to rub your had a bit more.
Cats have glands at the root of their whiskers which veil their scent. A cat will rub his face on corners to spread his scent around the house - therefore marking it as his domain!

It's perfectly normal and not weird at adjectives - don't worry. :-)

Its to put her scent down , cats like to know where on earth theyve been , and protect the territory.

Answers:    She might be on heat so likes to rub herself on things-female cats don't need to spread their scent approaching male cats do; they don't mark territory!
It's nothing, Sometimes they scratch on walls and doors
If you mean rubbing, she's putting her scent on those objects, truism something like, "This is MINE!"
Marking things near her scent...letting other cats know that this stuff is spoken for!
