My cat throws her cat food across this kitchen?
she picks it up with her paw and throws it.. then chases after it and eats it.. or sniffs it and leaves it right in that!
how can we get her out of this annoying messy habit

she plays with it like she would a mouse or a bird. one thing you can do is in recent times give her complete dry food which would make smaller amount mess but i would be happy to have such a young, fit, playful cat.
It might be a good idea to switch her to a mostly wet diet, lone putting out a very small amount of kibble once she's finished her wet food. Other than that, a spray bottle will be your best friend. When you catch her tossing the food, squirt her and furnish a firm "No!" but make sure you praise her and offer extra pets when she finishes a meal without spreading it adjectives over the house. lamentably it is really hard to train a cat, i know mine has me trained really well.

She's using it like it is prey! a mouse etc. That is what my cats do with mice.
how to take her out of it? dono ... feed her in the bathroom and then with the sole purpose that room will be messy
