My cats not intake this morning should I be worried?
hi, I have a young cat of about six months who is a definite foodie and is always first at the bowl chomping. this morning he wont touch his food and doesn't seem as energetic as usual. (he generally plays with his sister in the morning.) also he got trapped below my bed yest and I have a draw full of prescription painkillers. while i doubt he has got any as they are adjectives sealed, i cant help being slightly paranoid. so please don't remains your answers solely on the drugs! as this would prob be a long shot. Im really scared of losing him, what should i do? He did heat last dark no probs and he went to the loo last night. so what could it be? any counsel would be much appreciated.
I wouldn't worry. cats are weird sometimes and stop ingestion for no apparent reason at all. Make certain he drinks water. Keep an eye on him, but I am sure he will be fine.
Animals are indistinguishable as humans and have days where they don't want to eat. He may own caught something to eat and is simply not hungry. Just make sure he is drinking, which is far-reaching and keep an eye on him for the next couple of days. If he doesn't start eating again, after you need to speak to your vet for some advice. If you think that he may enjoy eaten some of your meds, then you will need to seize some advice anyway.
i have a kitten at around 1 month.. and he freshly stoped eating that got me woriied at first because he usually eat alot through out the day.. but then his still the naughty boy that he be when he was eating his absolutely fine.. he drinks and he comes to me when im drinking and has some food with me but still doesnt eat much ...
i dont estimate you should be worried if he doesnt look or act sick... they probibly had something to munch through in the yard or just out side...
accurate luck hope he starts eating like before soon!

When I was in Kuwait I have eight pet cats in my house. Cats have an uncanny immunity system. I hold seen broken limbs on my cats heal on their own. Cats do go and get sick once in a while, but you shouldn't be worried. It'll get back to ordinary in a couple of days
Just take your kitty to the vet. This happened to one of mine a couple of months ago when she was about 6 months. It's worth a check up for your peace of intellect. The vet couldn't find anything wrong with my kitty but she was given an antibiotic injection anyway and she soon perked up! Now she continues to munch through me out of house and home and I am sure if she could speak, adjectives she would say would be 'TUNA!'
Good luck!

Answers: In relation to the cat owner who has seen cat limbs repair on their own. Oh. My. God. I can't believe you didn't do anything nearly it!!
Anyway, if your cat isn't eating he's probably not hungry. End of problem. Don't worry give or take a few the vets until he's not eaten or drunk for a couple of days. Animals self-medicate, so it may be that he has a furball he requirements to throw up (somewhere so you can tread on it no doubt), or has a mildly dicky tummy. This doesn't mean you need to stir to the vets. Give it a a day or two and I'm sure he'll be fine.
