i dont get your questions. you want to breed your cats, which is silly, and you want to get them fixed. get them fixed. cats can be fixed as soon as theyre 2 pounds. and if your cat get pregnant, she is not physically able to have kittens at such an early time. she will any die while giving birth, or will reject the kittens cuz she doesnt know what to do.

The finishing thing you need is for that poor baby girl to capture pregnant. She may be sexually mature enough, but she is not physically mature ample. Getting pregnant will steal the nutrients that she needs to grow into a strong healthy adult for the kittens. Because she is so infantile it is probably that she would end up having problems birthing &/or simply loose all the kittens one by one because she is too youthful to know what to do.
Each heat cycle puts her more at risk for breast cancer & also puts you at greater risk for the male to start spraying.
My vet is also a breeder, she prefers to wait until her cats are at lowest 2 years old prior to breeding. My breed cycles younger, but I try to hold off until 1 1/2 years - 2 years as well.

You need to get all their shots because since you've wait so long they have so many that are needed you're going to have to put together a series of appointments for the shots. its better to get cats fixed before they are 5 months old normally you can get a kitten fixed when they are 7-8 weeks old. after she goes into roast get her fixed immediately.
any kitten can be fixed as long as the are 2+lbs, we already hold enough homeless kittens, please fix your kitten and do not allow her around any other cats!

Please get her spayed IMMEDIATELY before she has kittens. They can be spayed as untimely as four months. Please get your male neutered as very well. The world has enough unwanted cats and kittens as it is. Please do not add to the overpopulation.

No age is a biddable age for a cat to have kittens. There are millions of unwanted pets in this world, simply due to the overpopulation.
Do the world a favor and have your cats fixed, vaccinate and properly cared for during their life time.
I'm guessing that since they haven't been vaccinate, you also don't know if they have other contagious diseases, such as FIP, Felv, FIV.. and the list go on.
