My kitten hurt it's leg/hip.?
I have no money and the cat isn't documented legally.
the vet doesn't have costs plans, and i'm scared the humane society will take him.
it's pretty much a no win situation.
ARe there any signs to convey if it's broke, dislocated, or sprained?
He cries hard when he steps on it. (his hind leg.)
I'm so sorry ;(. Do some research, I don`t know there is a place in town that will give him a lookover on the side.
Well, before everything closes, I would take him to the vet. You don't necessarily have to earnings right away, and since it's your first visit, you can get on "pet insurance" whether you take him to a Banfield in a PetSmart. Those vets are in recent times as good as anywhere else. I don't know what you mean about him person documented, but they won't ask that anyway. They don't care where he come from and they can't take him away from you. However, he can die if he wishes treatment and doesn't get it. Get the insurance, instead of a $600 vet bill, I only paid $150. You do enjoy to pay it every month but they will give your cat a lot of things he wishes for less cost like shots etc.
My dog jumped out of my truck not too long ago. The bureau manager told me it's hard to tell beside animals about broken or sprained limbs because they have large tolerance to pain. He did say if they are holding it up, they don't hold control over their limb which could be broken.
Answers: It's hard to relate without seeing him. If its something easy like a sprain, you could procure some Vet Wrap (cheap and found at PetsMart) and wrap his leg to keep it compressed. From what I found, if the limp doesnt be in motion away in 3-4 weeks then you inevitability to find a way to take him to the vet, and since he's crying hard when he steps on it, its thorny to ignore that.
Banfield is the vet's office inside PetsMart, you could try going there for a free bureau visit during their wellness hours. They give new customers a free initial exam basically to get them in, so call your local Banfield to find out which days the the free wellness hours are.
Good Luck, I hope he feel better.
the human society will not take the cat as long as they determine the cats leg wasn't broken do to neglect and/or abuse. In reality, that's what the Human Society is there for. They'll even give the kitten it's shot and what not. I would take it to the human society asap.
Just take him to the vet in a minute, even if you have to sign him over, you can't let him walk in pain. If you love him, you will help him procure fixed. Even if that means you have to consent to him go.
animal hospitals are open on (most)holidays, a apposite doctor will come in for you. probably broken if it howls. money is an issue, use credit if you love your kittah. whether your vet cant really help you, find a new one.
Call different vets in your area, bring up to date them your situation, most will not turn you away.
Don't be too proud to get your cat help.
James
thats so sad :( the best thing 4 him is to be taken attention to detail of and in order to do that u must take him to the vet i no u probably comfort about ur cat alot and want to keep him but u just cant consent to him suffer.
Is it broken ?Feel along his leg starting in the groin and see where its hurt and whether it is swollen.Maybe he just sprained it .If it is a sprain he will heel and if it is broken you will have to bring him somewhere. You will be able to feel it if it is broken .Wow the vet must be alot bettere where you all are here they won,t help you unless you own a pocket full of cash. Then they do a load full of test that determin crap cost big bucks and the cat dies besides.
Call around to other vet. There ARE payment plans for veterinarians, but not all vets will subscribe to them.
What do you close-fisted he isn't documented legally?
You need to take him to a vet. Is in that another vet in your area who will allow payments? Something is obviously particularly wrong and he needs to have it looked at.
i would confer it to the human society dude dont let the cat suffer
