My neighbour neglect his two Siamese cats?

They belonged to his late wife, and he insists on keeping them in her memory, but does not show affection or interest. The cats are not well trained, and will wee and poo indoors, they rear on furniture, and all in all are low cats. His current partner dislikes these cats. I could call the shelter, but they'll know it's me.
I feed them whenever they come to my place, but other than that I simply don't know what to do.
What do I do.. please relief!
I'd break into their home and steal the cats. NO WAIT.. nearby are laws against that, aren't there?!! =)

As long as they aren't undergoing any physical rough up, I don't think there is anything the shelter can do. I may be wrong..

But can you take someones animals absent for not spending 24/7/365 with them?

Keep a CLOSE eye on them and at the instant you see something you do not like.. BAM call the shelter...

He probably never did like them.

YES! There does exist a sub-species of humans that don't like cats or own no idea of how to connect with them.

But he didn't win rid of them when his wife died. He should be praised for that, not vilified. Most would have just get rid of them. The cats are not being abused and what his 'partner' thinks of them is no concern of yours.

Just continue what you are doing for the cats and intellect your own affairs. They will be fine. There is no law that says you have to love your cats.

My mother died surrounded by 2000 AD and my stepdad still has one of her cats. And he has no use for it whatsoever except the memory of his unpaid wife. The cat will probably outlive him.

Keep them, whether they come to your place.

Finders keepers.
I'm assuming that you'd resembling to care full time for them so why don't you speak to him, joke about how the cats give the impression of being to have adopted you as their surrogate Mum and say that whether he likes or doesn't mind - and as his girlfriend doesn't like them, would it be ok whether both cats moved in with you. That way, he get to see them (keeping memory of late wife alive) and you know they are being looked after.
I know how you feel, i think it happens to the dogs subsequent door to my house. No matter how much you don't want to, you should call animal welfare, its for there own obedient. They can check the conditions there in and can make a conclusion. It might just be better if it's assessed, they can go to a better domestic if needed. I also condone you for being concerned, you have a right. Remember, whether you thinks somethings wrong, you have a right to tell someone. I hope this help's!
The subsequent time they show up for supper, either take them in or lug them to a shelter. Who cares if they know it was you. They conspicuously don't want them. Take them off their hands.
Answers:    I think he's absolutely selfish. If he doesn't resembling them, why keep them? He should have given them away to someone who would show them love and affection. Keeping them on, particularly now that his new partner dislikes them, is utterly cruel. The only entity you can do is continue feeding them and show them love, and they'll be spending more time with you, and smaller quantity with their owner.
Maybe you could get some insight from the shelter as to what might be in the best interests of the cats.
If it were me, i would verbs feeding them (like you do) and show them affection and basically act resembling they are your own, they will evenutally stay and be happy!
Found a kitty beside a cold. How can I construct him have a feeling better?   Why does my cat drag things into her litter tray?   What is a honest breed of cat for a small child?   What would you nickname a gray feminine domestic shorthair cat? ?
