My puss-n-boots won't stop screaming? is he wanting to enjoy sex?
My indoor ten month old cat keeps looking out the windows, running from windowpane to window actually, and is screaming out them! Some times a whine, sometimes a low loud meow, sometimes he sounds like a child alligator.
We have a foster cat, a stray we named nicknamed Rubles, he is a boy and when he comes surrounded by my 10 month old cat shuts up, goes over and tries to eat Rubles' bottom and tries to attack- not resembling "Hey boy, I'm gonna kick your *"- but like play bite his head and try to pick up his tail.I don't know maybe that is meant to be expect. Rubles doesn't pay any mind to him. But sometimes he gets annoyed and scream, so i have to now leave him out. This have been going on for almost 2 weeks. When will it end?
Oh- I also give him a worm pill, so it isn't that. He also wants us to hold him and pet him when he is near us screaming. Like right now- he is in front of the glass on his jungle gym and will only stop screaming when i pet him. Does he have A.D.D.? Am i not giving him enough attention?
I would do two things...
Firstly get your cat down to the Vets for a check up - it could be that he have caught something from the stray. If not make sure your cats inoculations are up to date.
Secondly, assuming that all go well at the Vets, I would let your cat outside... It is untaught for cats to hunt and play in the great outdoors - and not natural or kind to keep hold of him cooped up indoors. He probably wants the opportunity to go catch a bird - to be precise nature, and he will probably not catch one but let him own a go!!
If you insist on continuing to imprison your boy please keep the stray external... It is very unfair on the prisoner for "Rubles" to get to come within and go out when your boy can only be indoors.
Incidentially, unless you are planing to breed you really should get your Puss neuter.
Good Luck, to both of you...
He wants to be neutered if he's not and kept inside.
Answers: Your cat probably desires to go outside! He is intreguid by the many things of the outdoors, and wishes to play with them. If you train him about the outdoors now, going out side will not be a hazard to him. Also, your other cat attacking him is no big deal (most kittens do that!) and should be taken lightly. As I said before, adjectives cats need to abe to go outside, as it can basis deppression if they can't. If you have an enclosed backyard and the blockade is high enough, you can let him step outside without letting him roam. Just keep an eye on him the first few times.
