I believe six weeks is the time for them to receive their first round of dewormer/shots, if the vet deem it appropriate. I've also heard 8 weeks. It really depends on your vet.
"Most breeders have their kittens vaccinated when they are between 6 and 12 weeks outdated. This period is for "kitten" shots. Three diseases are generally covered; Feline Panleucopenia (sometimes called graceful distemper), Calici and Rhinotrachetis. A fourth disease is sometimes added, Chlamydia. If shots are started at 6 weeks, then a series of 3 shots should be given at 6 , 9, and 12 weeks. If shots are started at 8 weeks or older, a second shot should be given 4 weeks subsequently or at 12 weeks of age. These shots are valid for one year."
all i can recommend is TAKE them to the vet, don't just ask just about it. the vet will be able to tell you approximately how old they are and adjectives that useful information.
Answers: I'd call your vet. Usually they can start them a few weeks before then normal since they are bottle fed. Most times kittens start at almost 7/8 weeks for shots - but your vet may recommend them start at 6 weeks old.
