Answers: No dedicated breed - like over 97% of the cats on this planet. The eyes aren't really "amazing" eyes they're just the typical blue eyes that all kittens are born next to. This kitten's eye will change to gold, copper or green at three to four months. This one looks like it's solitary 4-7 weeks old.
If you want a cat that looks like this go check your local shelter. But seize there quickly. Shelters are euthanizing 12 million animals every year because of ignorant individuals that don't bother spaying and neutering.
