Oh,my,poor cat. I also lost my beloved cat named Kitkat last month. He has be runned over by a truck and I was really hurt and depressed. I can't stand the thought that he is dead. That I will never see him again FOREVER. I have so few friend and I considered him as my pet bestfriend. Sometimes I other cries thinking oh him. By the way, tell your friend that there is nil he can do to change what had already happened to his cat. He must verbs. I know what he feels. It was very depressing, I know it. But There be nothing you can do about it. Tell him that,yes,his beloved cat was unconscious, but his memory will always lingered to his mind and heart. And at tiniest, he gave the cat a full care and pampering while he still lives within this world. I recommend that he find another cat that looks identical to his previous cat, if he wishes it. Answers: I lost my cat almost 2 months ago, unexpectedly and I am still devastated over it. I got a investigational cat a few weeks later, but there will never be a replacement for my Toast. Unfortunately there isn't much you can do. Just be nearby for him. Be a shoulder to cry on. Help him remember the good times he had with his cat. Be within to go out wiht him and try to do as much as you can to keep him distracted. It will take him a while to rest form the loss of his cat.
Do you know if your friend was very attached to the cat? If not this can and probably will bring in the loss of the cat easier, however if he was very attached to the cat, his ratification with be very difficult for him to deal beside.
There are some really great thinking of you cards at the store. I would go buy one and take it to your friend. Just be within if he needs to talk. You really don't entail to say anything, but "I'm so sorry to hear about your poor kitty, cats name here. Let me know whether I can do anything for you." I don't think right now is a great time for a new cat.
