What do i do??
My cat is wet, because he was out in the rainfall, and now he wants a cuddle...

i hate when that happens.
simply wrap him in a towel=)
get paper towels or a regular towel, and dry him sour carefully and gently. He will be chilled and needs to reheat up. Offer some warmed cat food to him (careful it's no hotter than what you would give a baby.) Snuggle him other.
Stop letting him go outside unless you have a fenced courtyard or he may get lost.
Answers: Dry him off.
If he isn't skittish, you can use a blow dryer on the low and cool settings.
Otherwise, a well-mannered, old fashioned towel will do the trick.
