What do you ponder of "Wellness" brand cat food?
It's expensive but I'm going to buy it.
What does your cat think. If it is made in USA it's ok. Some of the other high brands are made contained by other countries and labeled here.
Try a small amount first and let him get use to it.
I resembling the Wellness Core better, but either is good.
You can also check out EVO which has difficult marks than Wellness. However if you have a diabetic cat consequently you have to be careful with any of these brands, the potato and vegetable inclusions push the blood sugar up too high to use them as their main foods. It'll throw off their insulin and bring problems.
Answers: It's an excellent food with high-quality ingredients and no junk fillers. And best of adjectives, most cats love it (mine do - both canned and dry). If you've got a smaller pet store locally, you'll find it's less expensive within than at Petco. Well worth the extra money - you're buying real meat for your cat instead of junk.
Wellness is a wonderful food. When my cat was diagnosed in kidney damp squib, the vet gave him a prescription diet I wasn't comfortable with. I did research and asked my cat friends and decided to try a giant quality protein instead of less protein in his diet. I chose Wellness because of it's elevated quality ingredients and the fact that it's grain-free. My has done terrifically well with it. In fact, I immediately feed it to all my kitties. Good choice. Also check out EVO, Blue Buffalo, and Merrick. These are adjectives top-notch foods.
Wellness is one of the brands I feed my cats. I also feed them Eagle Pack, Inova, Felidae, Nature's Balance and maybe a few more that I'm forgetting. How I arranged on these foods, is to stand there in the store, reading every ingredients label. The ones that did not hold a bunch of junk making me say "WTF, why would I pay to nurture that to my cats?" are the ones I am willing to buy. I like buying more than one brand of food for them so they do not get so used to one nature that using anything else will upset their tummies. So I rotate different ones.

Since feeding my cats this higher quality type cat foods, I hold noticed that mine are satisfied eating a much smaller total of food, and they spend less time at the veterinarian's office. Those two factors thwart the higher cost of the food. A bonus from them not eating as much, is that they poop less, as powerfully. Can't put a monetary value on the stink factor there. Also their coats are shinier and softer than I have ever see them. And the ten year old boy cat chases his tail like a kitten.
A couple years ago when all those pet food recall were happening because of tainted wheat gluten, none of the foods I feed my cats had that nasty, evil stuff in it, so my cats did not enjoy to suffer.
I do not think you will be sorry for investing in your cat's strength this way.
