What does a Cornish Rex cat cost?

I'm looking to get a Cornish Rex from a breeder... any idea what the price range is for this breed? Kittens vs. adults? Does it ebb and flow depending on geographical location? Any tips?

I used to show and breed Cornish. Most breeders now are charging about $500-600 for a pet aspect. You may be retired cats for a little less (usually they are 1-3 yrs old).
