What does a hairball look close to?
So we have a 10 week old kitten and I don't know when they start producing hairballs but I found something on the ground a few seconds ago and I thought it be a cockroach until i turned on the light and it looked like a piece of POOPIE! but Nugget is so good beside using the cat liter that I don't think he would of pooped!! He has been cleaning himself alot..Could this be hairball there's trails of wetness on the floor.I don't know what a hairball is suppose to look similar to.Maybe you guys can tell me.

ya that is a hairball try giving your cat temptations hairball treatment my cats chomp through them all the time and never get hairballs good luck
Ya that looks like a hairball. Cats can't help it. So you do have to live next to that. You also have a very nice looking cat! I love cats!
Anyway yes looks to be a hairball there contained by your picture.
I would suggest purchasing hairball medication for your cat.and follow directions!
well first of all when they are in the order of to have a hair ball they start similar to coughing really weird. then they through it up. it looks like gooey with some hair in it.. sometimes the soft can be a light yellow and white colored. it looks groose.
Cannot tell from picture. Hairball will look close to a bunch of hair - the color of the cat. OTH - the cat could of eaten something it shouldn't & thrown that up.
