They're Scottish Folds. The little one looks close to a cross with a munchkin
Ooh! ooh! I know!! I know!!

Its called the Scottish Fold (for the ears). Its got pretty short legs tho, so it could be a growth disorder.

If there's no growth disorder, it could also be a Munchkin (for the dachshund-looking body).

Or perhaps a combo of both. To the best of my comprehension, there's no pure breed with a long body, short legs and forward fold of the ears.

Booyah! :D
Answers:    Since this is a Japanese video there is no telling. With out papers that are visible its a mutt cat beside a growth disorder, or otherwise known as Munchkin AND folded ears. Scottish Folds are large and long legged so that would not be a purebred Scottish Fold. Japanese people tend to approaching very tiny animals due to the space availability and the lack there of so they bring back everything minatureized.
im not a specialist but i dont think its a honest breed, im only seeing the kitten side of it but i would love to see the adult look, and i can not imagine a cat beside that short of legs and ears,im sorry, but it just does not look normall to me,im not a professional but im just stating my point of view.
The short-legged one looks like a cross between a Munchkin and a Scottish Fold. The Japanese are notorious for breeding "cutesie" cats and dogs next to little regard to the health issues they may have. There's no current breed that's a cross between these breeds so to reply your question - it's NO breed - just like 97% of the cats on this planet.

FYI - Babelfish translator be no help. This is what it said the Japanese text is in English "The chocolate chocolate the form which you bearing very with the short foot cute" LOL!
It is a Scottish fold. You can read about the history of this breed at the following URL:

Enjoy!
I go to the website that was shown after the video was over and used a free translator program that was competent to get Scottish Fold out of the text over pictures of similar kitties... So I'm guessing that's what they are. You benign of have to guess where to browse, but it works. :)
Those are very cute Scottish Fold kittens!
