Whats wrong beside my poor cat?
He was vomiting earily this week and now hes pooping all over the house (diarrhea) and hes acting awfully abnormal. His meows are soft, and short squeaks, sort of, and he seems scared of me when i pick him up, and later he runs away when i set him down. Any ideas? He's got a vet check up on Saturday but I want to know sooner whats wrong next to him.

Get him to the vet, WAY before this checkup. If you be vomiting and had diarrhea, I bet you would be right there!
Are there any mousetraps that own mouse poison in them, or rat traps, around your house? The poison, is designed to cause internal hemorrhaging inside a mouse, or rat. This is a painful mode to die. Does he go outside? Maybe you have a vindictive neighbor who doesn't similar to cats, and has set poison out.

Answers: Hmm this happened to my cat. Im going to guess that maybe she swallowed something he shouldnt have, and its stuck surrounded by her intestines? I could be totally wrong, but it would explain the diareha, soft meows, not wanting to be picked up cause it might hurt. My cat swallowed insulation which enlarged in her stomach and she had duplicate symptoms as your cat.
Does he lie down alot? Is he having trouble drinking or eating or lately avoiding it? Is he having dry heaves (trying to throw up)?
