Why does my cat roll over every time i put your foot up to him or christen his autograph?
well i think he wants me to rub his stomach but idk :P so yea i just usually rub his belly and play near him for a wile its that ok?

Yeah, some cats do that and they don't even like their bellies rubbed.
Most cats won't let you do that, so it's great that yours does.
The rolling over piece is just them being playful and friendly.

submission,... well maybe,.. Its more close to he loves you, and trusts that you will do right with him.
So instead of running away like its a winter sport, he would rather stay put so its easier for you to find him. Because he loves you.
Yes that's what he requests you to do, he's just a soppy old tickle tummy cat - some cats are like that :)
It scheme that he really trusts you - if he didn't he wouldn't expose his soft underbelly to you.
