Why does my cat (tigger)...?
Why does he like to rub up against me everyday and he also loves to sleep at the foot of the bed! He used to hate me but idk! He also likes to pee everywhere when im gone! help out
Is Tigger neutered? He may marking instead of peeing. If he's not neuter, have him done ASAP. If that's not the case, have him checked for UTI at the vet. As cats season, they usually become more affectionate.
Cats rub their possessions with the scent glands in their whiskers to flaw their property - remember in their little minds they own us, we don't own them.
I recently acquired a cat from my sister when she be transfered out of state. The cat was a spayed 2 year old female indoor/outdoor cat who be used to fending for herself and not used to regular human contact. We made her an inside cat and de-clawed her plus she had to get used to a young at heart male cat and 75 lb Rotti/Shepherd mix we already had. At first she avoided us except during feed time. We've had her now for 8 months and she loves to climb in bed beside us. In fact she is climbing all over the keyboard as I try to type. She would also hiss and claw at the dog when ever he come close. The dog just wanted to be her friend and would lay quietly or support off when she attacked. Now she ignores him as he walks and have even shared the bed with him.
As far as the litter box goes, I had a womanly cat years ago who would only poop in the litter box when it was without a flaw clean. If it was not to her liking, she would simply quit a mess right beside the box. We put a large liner and papers around the box to make life easier.
I enjoy found a cheap solution for cleaning up pet accidents. Buy a large bottle of Hydrogen Peroxide and put it in a spray bottle. Hydrogen Peroxide is wonderful for breaking up body fluids (like blood stains) and removes the pet scent from the spot so the cat won't return and pee again. It has worked for me. Note of caution, it can dis-color carpeting and fabrics so you may want to trial before using.
Answers: When cats pee in the house that either means they don't enjoy a litter pan, a clean litter pan, or they are mark their territory. My cats never did this except for one and I never knew why.
Make certain the litten pan is always clean and not occupied with pee or poo because the cat won't use it unless there is fresh litter for it to stand in.
If it's litter container is clean try putting two litter pans in your house...formulate sure he's litter trained too (sometimes you have to train them and there's tips online.)
You said it's a male cat, mannish cats can be territorial if you own any other cats.
Also, if he's peeing everywhere make certain to get a special pet deoderizer from a pet store (it's a cleaning thing that gets rid of the pee scent)...use that, because as long as the scent of pee is on the carpet...the cat will think your carpets..is one giant litter pan..he doesn't know any better.
My masculine cat poops in my blankets...whenever the litterbox is too dirty...he's so picky..and he'll stop if I clean it...he doesn't appear to mind if it's mostly poop...but if it's mostly pee he will start pooping and peeing on my shirts and blankets...
I verbs the litterbox at least every 3rd day now and in attendance hasn't been a problem since.

And from your additional details it sounds like he's stressed out, how long has he be with you?
his rubbing up against you is a sign that he loves and feel save next to you, usual mine do this when she is ready for food, as for the sleeping on the bed it is warm and you probably started this when she was young at heart so its Habit.
Try leaving a cat litter tray in the house and somewhere the cat can get to trouble-free this might stop her wetting else where in the house.
Your cat rubs it's mouth on you to mark you with his scent.probably why he pees on your stuff...he owns you!!
