Why is my cat is self scrounging to my dog?
they have grown up together and they play all the time. they have never fought and my cat have never even hissed at my dog. however we took my dog to the groomer today, she was gone for about 3 hours and in a minute that we brought her back my cat wont stop hissing at her and if she gets to shut he tries to swat him. Any ideas?

Looks and smells different. I think your cat is more confused and have his/her feelings hurt by this "abandonment" than anything else.
Answers: my best guess would be that he smells different, or because cat's have a slower time range point then us. a day to us is a week to them. if your dog be gone for a hour or so, to your cat it might have been a day or two, possibly he forgot? try giving your dog a bath with dog shampoo from your own house.
cats are VERY territorial, maybe he like things a certain way!
maybe because the dog smells different and the cat dosent recognize his smell
he dosent sent know it's her.;dont swat him spray him with water; put them within sepret rooms for th night then he might recognize her whether that dont work try it once more
