Why would he do this to me?

was talking to a young guy nowadays,who needed help.An older man that I had a history be nearby.As I was talking to this 'child',a woman that is to say into the older man and hates me passes,afterwards doubles back and starts talking to the older man.He consequently passes me with her and starts calling her honey and was adjectives about her.Later on,she starts throwing shapes in front of me more or less to vote she is more attractive?What I really want to know,is it possible that he was all over her because he be jealous of me talking to the young guy or I bruised his ego?The plea why I never went out with the older guy be because of his friendship with this woman,even though he assured me that she was nothing to him.We be getting on great until this.Calling her honey in front of me could be a deal breaker regarding a reconciliation and he know that.What do you think was going on>
