Why would my mannish cat do things to my feminine cat?
my male cat attacks me famle cat daily. he stares her down and she feels threatneed by him.he also peed on my womanly cat this morning. he also attacks my dog and eats my dogs food. what in the heck is wrong with him?

I would right to be heard your male cat is being a bully and feels the necessitate to display this to all other animals in your home.
Have you tried Feliway? A wall plug-in may oblige to calm him down and "reassure" him everything is all well and obedient.
If he takes well to pills I suppose you could get a prescription for him.
But whether you are not a fan of shoving a pill down his throat everyday (like my cat hates as well) then I recommend Bach Flower Essences or Spirit Essences.
Bach Flower Essences:

If you choose the flower essences, the way you administer them on your cat(s) is 3-4 drops on the head or paws 5-6 times a morning for 2 weeks to see if there are improvements. Or you can put a 3-4 drops on treats.
If all else fail, try talking to your vet.

He is trying to be the alpha male of the family. He also probably see himself because of this as the most important one and doesnt like having other pets on his realm.
This is a dominance issue. I've never heard of one peeing on another but i believe it. I'd start with neuter and finding out as much as I could about this dominant behavior.
