10 week outdated puppy sounds congested?
Within the last day or so my Weimaraner puppy has started to nouns really congested. It was just every now and later but tonight when I came home I noticed she sounds congested next to almost every breath. She is running and playing and seems very spunky, but I simply tried to feed her and she did not eat much (dry food.) She just have her shots on Friday, not sure if that could cause anything or not. Some friends said not to verbs about it if she is acting ok, but what do you guys think? She is congested adequate that I keep expecting her to cough up or blow out a big snot ball.
i have a chihuahua and he does that, we asked the vet what was wrong and he said zilch was wrong, but it might be different because your dog is not a chihuahua.
I would take her to the vet. It may be just a cold or it could be a hostile response to the shot. I'd give it one more day and after decided what to do.
Could lately be a cold or upper respirtory infection. I would take her in to be sure she doesn't inevitability any antibiotics
It sounds like kennel cough, but purloin her to the vet anyway. It's always better to be sure.
Answers: Sounds like kennel cough, get hold of your pup to a vet and on antibiotics. It is highly contagious to other dogs.
