12 week older corgi cross-question..?

I bought a 12 week old pembroke welsh corgi (male). my question is ..
we went to the vet and they said he be fine, gave him deworming meds..(his tests showed negative but newly in case...) we came domestic and the next day he was hugely tired not eating and just very idle i guess you could say ...is this normal?
his nose is still cold and drizzling sooo...
if you have any answer it can help...
also he dosent resembling to take walks out side any one know why this is ..
we have to virtually pull him then he just lays on the ground so we lately carry him back in the house..
appreciation in advance. any websites could help too.
ann_8280, I approaching the look of a pembroke welsh corgi. They are so cute.
He should have not continued to be lethargic onto the next afternoon.
The day of the shots, I could understand.

I would call the vet again.
Answers:    At 12 weeks he is probably not use to walking on a leash and wishes to be trained on how to do it. Pulling him along is not helping him get use to the leash. Try putting the leash on him while he is roaming around inside the house just to get use to it man attached to his collar. Then pick it up once or twice while he is going around the house and have some treats ready for when he walks along on the leash. Once he seem comfortable with walking on it inside the house introduce him with the leash outside. He should do ok, but maintain the treats handy and when he walks along with you reward him.

The worming medication may be what is effecting him and he should be better in a light of day after the worming. If he doesn't show any signs of improvement after the 2nd day, call the vet and notify him the symptoms.
