Can anyone relay me what open-handed of dog this is?

For a long time we just thought it was a chiuaua, but people hold been commenting it how it doesnt look like one.

naw those are chihuahuas.i dunno why people are proverb it doesn.t look like one...maybe because the head isn.t an apple commander to the t.or maybe it is atypical to chihuahua size...can.t tell that by the pic..
