Chihuahua Puppy next to Weird Jaw?

I'm just curious as to what could have happened to my friend's chihuahua puppy. Everything I could possibly muse of, isn't correct for her issue. The dog has no trouble doing anything, her face is in recent times.. well.. sort of screwed up.

Any Ideas?

Looks genetic to me.
I agree the dog's obverse is screwed up! Anything happen to your friend got her?

Or anything happen at domestic to the dog?

Maybe ask a vet? Was the dog born that way?
Answers:    Looks like what they call a wry jowl. This is just a fault from her breeding.A wry mouth or wry bite occurs when one side of the chin grows more than the other. Wry bites show as triangular defects in the incisor area. Some of the incisors will stumble upon their opposing counterparts, while others will not. Wry bite is a severe inherited defect.
Did she buy it from a petstore? If so, that would probably be an explanation in itself.
aww, there's nothing wrong with your newborn! My chihuahua has the same thing. It's lately like humans, with the over bite or under bite or even cross bite. Don't verbs about it.
It looks like she have a cross bite.
