Do i want to inform the council that i own taken on a unmarked dog?
The council know i already have a dog, but my sisters new puppy is to much for her to handle so instead of her giving him absent and not seeing him no more shes giving him to me, but before i have him do i need to contact the council to notify them?
No, why should you. If pets are allowed in your council premises' it is doubtful that you would be restricted to one.
Hum, difficult one. First off, are you restricted by your lease/tenancy agreement in the number of dogs you have within your place? We rented a property (private rental) where we were only supposed, lower than the terms of the Lease, to have two dogs. At the time, we were desperate to move to another nouns and properties that would take dogs, at all, were subsequent to impossible to find. We had three, all pretty elderly. So we were 'economical next to the truth' and moved in with our three dogs. We were subject to quarterly inspections so when we know one was due, I'd take the three off out within the car and stay out until I got the all clear from my husband. Then I started putting them adjectives in the car, in the garage. They be not noisy dogs, and sat in nearby without making a sound. I don't think they ever know we had three there, to the day the third older girl died. It could be that the neighbours ratted on us to the owners, who didn't live far away, but we weren't evicted!! And in truth, I couldn't see the difference between having two, or three as near was no damage done, and we'd paid a hefty Dog Deposit within any case.
I'm not going to tell you to risk being evicted, or have one of your two dogs, if you take on the puppy, taken away, but in recent times to say it's up to you to decide if you can live near this situation, if your Tenancy Agreement says only one. I'd only just say if the puppy is likely to do spoil, you may have to consider your options before agreeing to thieve her on?
Yes
i wouldnt narrate them because as far as i know council properties are only allowed to have 1 dog and 1 cat, if you bring up to date them they will tell you to get rid of 1 or move out, what they dont know cant hurt them. also if your within a council flat you not supposed to have any pets
The only time that the council will be interested in your dog is if the neighbours complain around noise etc from them or if you live in a flat. Usually they will not allow dogs surrounded by flats but apart from that they could not care less. Your dog will appreciate the canine company so go for it.
What does it right to be heard on your tenancy agreement? It will either say you can own a pet or not.
WELL they don't need to know EVERYTHING about you so it is really your assessment but if you want to it's okay and if you don't want to then don't.
Depends on where you live.
Answers: I have two dogs many years and never ever asked
them for permission,so relish your dogs.
