go to their website and check, because I know from experience of looking for the perfect dog for me humane societies do enjoy websites and they do show the dogs that they have available for adoption. Just type humane society of Lewisville, Tx (example of course) and it will pull it right up and just click on it and you can see what dogs they enjoy available.

there are many,,,and too many to first name. find your local shelter and go look,,,you may surprise yourself and find something that you love no matter what it is. when you see the right dog,,,you will know it.
