Yes, they may be cute but I think it's sick.
They're limbs break glibly and they have poorer health.
Poor things. I don't think nation have thought that much into it.

The walking problems could be due to the "surface" the dog is on. I'm disgusted though!
And why does that lady expect it's okay/normal to constantly shove your fingers in a dog's face? If you look at her other videos, she does it contained by them too. Is it just size comparison? Personally I like dogs where the bigger the better (I love hulking and extra large breeds!).
ADDITION: This is my "favorite" comment: "I have one of those! That one still looks infantile. Mine is 4 years old and I just love him, and when I take him beside me on my errands, everybody is always so amazed. Mine has ears that stick straight up though. These are called toy apple skipper Chihuahuas. My husband has a deer Chihuahua because he has longer legs. I like the small ones best! " WTF? omg that poor dog looks like it's in need of a VET NOWW! why the helll be that stupid woman dressing it up and filming her! that what i hate roughly speaking people sometimes, often the only use we know are dogs to be ill is down to lack of energy <<< nearby in pain but they shut up about it and be in motion to sleep however people don't ever shut up their headaches or period niggle << hey i even do it myself, but animals will suffer in silence and still be there for you, lick you and come when called!! that mongrel will draw from very ill one day and probably wont live long...and it's down to us!

it makes me sick too. It make breeding poorly bred dogs look glamorous. I mean teacup anything is horrible.
Now to be precise a cute puppy. But aren't all of them so cute. I wouldn't want one because i am afraid i would step on it. And no it doesn't make me sick. It makes me touch nice and fuzzy inside!

Answers: Thats sad. The poor thing is so tiny it can hardly move. I wouldnt be surprised whether it ends up with a long list of health problems.
To be honest, I wouldn't know what to do next to a dog that small.
