Dog come hindmost, here to stay. Help?

Well my sister took her dog when she moved out. I didn't think Jewel was ever gonna come back domestic, but my sister got prego so Jewel couldn't stay. We already had a pit bull, who she DOES know. When she first got here Ponto(pit bull) quality of got mad. How can I get him to approaching her more? They "tolerated" each other before but now adjectives he does is bark at her.

Also Jewel chokes when she is going for a walk with only a regular collar, what can I buy her that she won't choke? She doesn't have anything like a collar or bowl anymore, what should I buy her?
I'd give them time to "warm" wager on up to each other.

For Jewel..I'd look into a harness--It stops them from crushin into their pipes.
You can try different collars but the best way to keep her from choking while walking on a leash is training her not to verbs on the leash. As for the dry skin, what are you feeding her? A good dog food can fix most dry skin and coat problems.
Answers:    I think you want to give it a little more time. They are both new to respectively other, so its very awkward for both of them. It will get better with time.

Now for Jewel I utter a harness is your best bet.

Good luck!!

~ Dry skin? I think you should have her checked out by your vet. He/she is the only one who could in reality determine whats wrong. For her "girl part" If she is not spayed, she is in heat. Get her spayed after her heat is over. Males are agreed to jump over 6 foot fences to get to bitches contained by heat. So keep her in and scrutinize her.

~ She is spayed? Then you need to get her to a vet as soon as possible. They can only determine what is wrong. That is far from average. I would make an appointment as soon as you can.
It may take some time for both dogs to get used to respectively other again. Play with them together, feed them together, walk them together, lately do lots of stuff with both of them together. They will get used to being contained by the same pack.

Try a martingale collar. It is only half secure so it doesn't tighten all the way and releases no matter what. You hold to teach her not to pull. Any collar or training tool that you use is not going to help whether you don't train her.

Buy her things that you dog has. A food bowl, collar, leash, bed, crate, toys.

Go see a vet for the dry skin and other issues. There could be a few causes that can't be diagnoses over the internet and without an exam.
