She isnt thinking about it close to the energy level and stuff she is just looking for the "Cutest". I want to help her. But i know NOTHING about dogs. HELP all i obligation is a breed (1-10 different)

Medium to large size
Energy level: I think low to surrounding substance they will walk it like 2 times a day BUT they do enjoy a fairly large yard. near a fence
Nice to children-- they have 7 year old
Not approaching a watchdog but can give a warning yap.

Well I like Weiner Dogs, , But they dont close to children under the age of 6, so I think your ok, everything else you said tells me you should look into a Weiner dog.
I think a Miniature Schnauzer would be a great dog. They make great companions for adults or children. I have one growing up, he never met a stranger during his 13 years of life, and he was very confident to train. They can be a little high energy when they are childish, but if they are going to walk it twice a day, after it should pose no problem. And they have actual hair, not fur, which means they don't shed. They're almost a medium size dog, get to be about 20-25lbs. They gross a great family dog in my opinion.
Make sure she is properly educated previously getting a dog. A standard poodle sounds good though.
A beagle.

excellent site for selecting your perfect "non-shedding" breed.
Why be the dog put to sleep? Below are the answers to your questions;
None to Little amount of shedding: All dogs shed. I'll list below some dogs that shed "Very Little" though.
Medium to large size: record of breeds below.
Energy level: I think low to medium they will step it like 2 times a day BUT they do have a relatively large yard. with a wall: That would be low energy level. All dogs need walk though.
Nice to children-- they have 7 year old: No dog is born aggressive. The age of a human has NOTHING to do near how much the dog "Likes" the person.
Not like a watchdog but can tender a warning bark.: All dogs give a "Warning" yelp if they have a happy, hearty relationship, with human.

~Many other breeds. I don't recommend most of those breeds to inexperienced owners or people that just want a dog for pure "Looks"
Do more research on those breeds. Heres a good website, but this isn't where on earth I get MY information from
www.DogBreedInfo.Com
Dj D: You know nothing about dogs and distinctly skipped over half of what the poster asked.
close to a lab or golden retrierver would be nice, a boxer maybe but boxers need to be walked the other ancestors said dogs like, pomerrainian and jack russel. just to let u know they own LOTS of energy
A jack russell,great dogs & very clever.
I think they would be happy beside a Lab.
Lhasa Apso! I have one and she is the cutest!! Make sure you get a puppy and incline it kind tho, because they can be tempermental if raised indecently. Mine adores children, loves to play, LOVES to cuddle, barely sheds (but they are long haired dogs so u need to return with them groomed often), and she is approx 19 lbs (so medium). Lhasa's were bred in Tibet originally to be guardians for the monks. They would sound the advisory of any intruders who approached, but would never fight. My dog is definitely the same process. She watches out the window and lets me know when anyone gets inside 10 feet of our property.
Yorkie terrier
Carin Terrier ( I highly recomend this one.)
Lopsaopsa
Pikenese
Chow
Pomeranian
boston terrier, french bulldog, standard poodle, st bernard, there are quite a few right breeds but you really gotta do your research and be sure they will be able to get ample exercise and and proper training. check out some rescue's or shelters those are the best!!
