False pregnancy contained by dogs?

I think my dog is having a false pregnancy she just have a heat cycle about 2 months ago. And right now she have a yellow water looking stuff coming from her nipples. And she keeps scratch at the carpet then lays down. What does this sound approaching? She is her normal body weight and everything. I am going to take her to the vet tomorrow but I be just wondering if other people may ponder this is a false pregnancy.
What is toxic to dogs?
Answers:    it could be a false pregnancy or it could be a real pregnancy. the scratching could be a sign of labor. keep a particularly close eye on her. i have been breeding collies for five years and i had a litter this weekend and i didn't know the ** be pregnant until she went into labor that morning. lucky for me she went into labor at eight am.

Where can i nick my dogs to run within the winter?   I am looking for a small breed dog similar to a yorkie or a maltese somewhere on those lines i can with the sole purpose afford ?   My dog ruptured her ACL and very soon she's drowsy from the anesthesia?   My dog is deeply itchy (seasonal) but have a short time ago given birth ?
