HELP!! Does any one know where on earth I can clutch my pom ?

My nephew dropped him and he got a broken leg i took him to a vet and they helped him till monday but i was told he might entail surgery on it and I'm not able to afford it is anyone out there that might know of a place i can take him for little or no money at adjectives? please help!1

Take him to the SPCA and offer doesn`t matter what money you can afford, they might be able to do it for you.
