House Training minister to.?
I just got a 12 week old Bullmastiff and im have problems with the house training. the breeder i bought him from had him in an nouns with his litter mates where they be just allowed to use it whenever so he has no clue that its not ok to use it in the house. im feed him 3 times a day and im trying to find a method to teach him that outside is the place to be in motion but from each meal he seems to want to pee external and then do number 2 in the house and then pee contained by the house.and i don't know how to make him get the point that the house is not the area for any of it.
Answers: After meal you need to keep him outside until he does both things. It might give somebody a lift him awhile, but eventually he will figure it out. You have to watch him at adjectives times when he is in the house, take him out at least every partially hour and get him out at the first sign he needs to go. Every time he does his trade in the house, it makes it harder for him to learn, so don't dally until he's in the middle of peeing and then grab him and label a mad dash for the door. It won't work that way. You enjoy to have patience and when you take him out, linger until he goes. You will soon learn his patterns and next time his outside visits to his schedule. If you are not competent to watch him at all times in the house, he should be crated. At dark if you are not able to get up and clutch him out, he should be crated. Good luck to you and if you have patience near this, it WILL work!
After you feed him, take him outside for in the region of 20 min. Right after he goes, praise him like crazy. He'll finally receive the message. Get a crate big enough that he can turn around in & stand up in. Keep him surrounded by there until you take him outside (every 20-30 min.) It's certain that dogs won't go potty where they sleep at, as long as they are taken out on a regular basis. If you fence in him going in the house take him out right away. Don't hit him, next he'll be scared of you & wont listen, he'll go and hide. Good Luck.
