How can i enlighten whether she is really pregnant?
Her nipples are getting big on top of her nipples she has like somewhat tit around it
Take her to a vet, they can explain to you! Dogs can have false pregnancies too! Do It quick, most dogs are only pregnant for around 52-54 days!
Dogs are similar to humans within some ways like your dog may be sick like vomiting or diarrhea you also wont know for sure unless you travel to a vet but if you are prepared to have puppies and don't need to know ASAP you should in recent times wait and see if her belly is growing.Vets wont enlighten you this but ultra sounds can sometimes damage the puppies. If she is pregnant don't take her to the vet til near the shutting down to find out how many puppies there are and you will know because they will stay close to the house and start getting ready by digging.
