How do I relate my dog that he is adopt?

Do it approaching I did. I made him a nice plate of steak and my husband and I told him that he was so special that we picked him out of a whole bunch at the foster home. We told him that we love him tremendously much and that he'd always have a good life span and that he could always count on us to protect him.
He just asked if he'd find more steak once in a while. I told him yes and he said, "Woof, great"! He took it wonderfully well, better than we expected. Now he tells adjectives his friends that he's so special that we picked him out of alot of pups.

Wait til he's old enough to work out and deal with such a bomb. Then, you're going to have to business deal with telling him the truth about his parentage. It's so unyielding, but it needs to be done. It's only fair.

He doesnt have to know as long as you make him or her fell controble and resourcefully taken care of im sure youre dog wont care that its adopt as long as there is love around the dog

He doesn't care as long as you keep his marine and food bowls filled and tell him what a good boy he is. Keep him past the worst and warm and walk him every day, and past you know it, he'll be all grown up and probably find out the truth from some other mutt down the street, who might be his brother :)
let him give attention to what he wants until he is old enough to ask the appropriate question

You can't its a dog. A dog is not a human it is just an animal that has be domesticated. So whoever feeds him he will think is the new owner.
