I am planning on getting a puppy, Im decide between a few different breeds, direction?

I am planning on getting another dog(puppy) Im deciding between a few different breeds, advice?
Doberman,Giant Schnauzer, or Akita.
We have one dog immediately, I have read a lot of books on training,
as well as researched adjectives three breeds.
I have a fenced yard, and will be away from domestic around 6 hrs a day.
My dad will stop by home around noon to break the dogs sunshine.
I would prefer a doberman, but im still a bit indecisive.
Im am 15 years old.
And im confident.
My dad is going to assist me in trianing.
he has experience as a dog owner.
I am hoping to do most training myself,
I am also hoping to become a dog trainer surrounded by my future career.
I'm being biased, but get the Doberman.
I think you need to look obligingly at why you want these particular dogs. I don't know where you live but there are some cities and suburbs that enjoy ordinances against owning Akitas and Dobermans so you might want to check that out. These two breeds require a lot of attention and care. The Akita requires slightly a bit of grooming if you want it to have a nice coat. I have a friend who have a large Schnauzer. He is a beautiful, lively very friendly dog. They do require attention and grooming. Before you gain any of these dogs examine your motives. A dog is a big responsibility so make sure that this is not just a impulse the dog deserves a dedicated owner.
I just put up this question. You might find it terrifically interesting to help you with your search. The answers are from Yahoo answers those.

It's difficult to agree on which dog is the best. You must consider that this chosen dog will be with you (average) ten years. Chose what you want. I think that nobody want to start with dog which will not suit him.
Dobe requests lot of exercise, movement, motion:-) If you don't grand it to him, he will be fussy and it's not good. And above all strong mitt!
I have pittbull, it's my first dog and i can't complain. It's true that sometimes i must by little bit harder in training but it's need.
Akita's nick A LOT! Of training. If you don't seriously spend time with this breed it can turn out bad. BUT when you really put all of your stab into training they can be the loyalist dogs ever. Look up

"Hachiko Story"

I personally love dobermans.

I honestly know nothing about Giant Schnauzer. You will lately have to talk to someone else about that breed.

Good Luck :-D

Just know none of these breeds are uncomplicated dogs to care for. You will have your hands full. Please adopt. I know within are dobermans and akitas in every shelter.
get a mini schnauzer! it may not be giant but they are sooo much fun! my schnauzer is a riot. she will howl sometimes if she doesn't win my attention and its hilarious.they are attention hogs.very obedient, angelic dog to cuddle with plus THEY DON'T SHED! but the only 2 things i don't like is, you constantly hold to comb them if you don't get them groomed regularly. if you don't they achieve major knots. and mine, don't know about others, chews on everything contained by sight. but i still love this breed!
Of the three, the Dobe is probably the easiest to train. Plus, it won't want professional grooming as schnauzers do. Dobes shed more than people think but still less than an Akita.

I don't devise any of these breeds are good beginner dogs.
in good health i have akita and shes brilliant didn't take alot of training she does bark alot and brilliant next to kids.Loves to play with other dogs and people i would never have another breed of dog well brought-up luck in your search looking for your new friend
I wouldn't pick any of those dogs for somebody approaching yourself.
Akitas are highly aggressive, and need lots of attention.
Dobermans don't have a hugely long life span.
Giant Schnauzers are extremely large dogs, I would start out with a more surrounding substance sized dog.
If I were you I'd look into getting a border collie, these dogs are real easy to train, and right mannered dogs.
Hope I could help.
(:
i think that you shouldn't go and get any of those and get an easier dog to look after as they use up a lot of your time and a lot of your money! i should no i hold 2!

i think you should try a lhasarapso or something like that

good luck

xx
I wouldn't recommend any of those breeds. You may grain confident but those dogs are too difficult for a young person too handle.
Schnauzer, hands down :) They are the sweetest, smartest, nicest dogs you could ever assemble. My Grandma has a mini...shes like a little being. I have met many of them and never, ever heard a horror story.
The Giant Schnauzer is a large, powerful, dominant dog which needs a firm, consistent but friendly handler. Unnecessary ruthlessness will only do harm.

Early and consistent training is necessary as Giant Schnauzers tend to be remarkably willful and highly intelligent dogs. Their ability to understand a command does not other translate into obedience.

Giant Schnauzers are fiercely loyal, often fitting so attached to their owner that they follow them around the house. They are extremely kind natured (similar to that of a retriever or Labrador) and a good choice for you if ur confident to train it.

Consider a bullmastiff, wonderful, beautiful doggies. check them out.
you sound like a great young-looking man a doberman is a great dog

Akita's are a naturally aggressive breed, so you have to keep that surrounded by mind.
Answers:    Akita's are generally difficult, Dobermans necessitate immense training and Schnauzer's can be stubborn. What type of dog do you have just now? You involve to bee aware of all the exercise needed for each breed that you have within mine. Personally i love Dobermans, then Akita's are brilliant and Schnauzer's are cool but each animal is individual and not just resembling the rest of their breed. Choose carefully but im confident you'll choose correctly for you. Consider other breeds though. Good luck.
DOBERMANS ARE THE BETTER DOG TO LOOK AFTER
Akita's are severely good looking but i have one and i would have to influence do not get one they need alot of attention and are way to rock-hard to train.
(but they are very good if you want to hang on to people away lol)
Akitas are not hard to train - whether you understand the Spitz mentality! They do need firm handling from day one, not physically but by not letting them capture away with anything. You also have to appreciate that they can be (and usually) are same sex aggressive. If you attain one, make sure it's the opposite sex to the one you own. A well bred Akita is 100% reliable with humans but will protect you near his life. Their downsides are that they lose coat to olympic standard, can inflict a lot of damage on another dog and can never be relied upon to come spinal column if let off organize.
I'd recommend a Doberman if you are prepared to put the work into socialising and training.
Don't know much about Giants, except that they can also be a handful!
None. They all need a great deal of exercise. 6 hours alone and they could wreck the house.
