I hold a beagle/hound mix, any tips on raise and training her?
She is about one-half years old now. She stays external in the garage in a metal cage, mostly because my mom doesn't want any dogs within the house. we just moved from our other house that had a fenced in patio, now we are in a larger yard beside no fence. Came out for school one morning last year, and at hand was a puppy just sniffing around. I'm not sure how she get there, but my other dog had just gotten kill by a car, and i felt that she was in attendance for a reason. So I took her in, and now here we are. She chews on everything so I can't be off her free to roam the garage, so she stays in her cage most of the time until I let her out to use the bathroom. Give me some accepted wisdom on what to do with her. thank you.

This is a thoroughly sad life for a dog. Ask about a dog run or barricade for the yard. A dog needs more interacting with associates than this dog is getting. If this situations continues, please consider finding the dog a new home.
Answers: you can train her... u can use some treats that she will like, so that she will focus on you... bitting stuff is a way of dogs to release their stress... so you can start by taking her for walk about 10-15 minutes every morning, then you can teach her the rough stuff like sitting, you can search on you tube how to train a puppy, or a dog... you have to hold patience and make her feel you love her...
Well FIRST, you must spank her FIVE times a day. If you do not do this she will chew lots of things loL!
